There are seasons in life when something deeper is asking for your attention.
You may be navigating a transition. Carrying questions you cannot easily answer on your own. Successful on the outside — but knowing that something inside needs more clarity, honesty, or care.
Or you may simply feel ready to live, choose, and move forward in a way that is more aligned with who you truly are.

Lasting change begins when we slow down enough to listen honestly, reconnect with our inner compass, and move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and integrity.
Alongside my leadership coaching work, I also offer private life coaching for individuals who want thoughtful support around clarity, confidence, transitions, decision-making, and personal growth.
My coaching is informed by more than 25 years of professional experience, along with training in the Wayfinder Life Coach methodology and as a Certified NLP Practitioner. I am also pursuing my ICF Coach Certification, expected in 2026.
It is about creating a space of presence, openness, and honest reflection — so you can hear yourself more clearly, trust yourself more deeply, and make choices that feel more true to the life you want to live.
This work is grounded in values that matter deeply to me: clarity, authenticity, openness, integrity, transparency, presence, and helping people reconnect with their inner compass.
Whether you are navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply ready for a more honest and aligned way forward, these coaching offers are designed to support meaningful growth.
Whatever brought you here likely touches one of these four areas — sometimes all of them at once.
Building sustainable energy, habits, and self-care that support the life you're building — a relationship with your body and routines, not another diet plan.
Navigating a transition, a stuck point, or a decision about what's next — with clarity on what you actually want, not just what looks good on paper.
Working through the mindset, decisions, and confidence around money — so your choices come from clarity, not fear or old conditioning.
Understanding patterns, setting boundaries, and communicating in ways that reflect who you are becoming — with yourself and with others.
My approach to life coaching is grounded in values that matter deeply to me and shape how I support every person I work with.
I believe coaching is most powerful when it helps you come back to yourself. Not to perform. Not to please. Not to force an answer before it is ready.
To listen more honestly.
To see more clearly.
To trust your inner compass.
And to move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are becoming.
This is not just coaching. This is strategies for personal transformation that will last you a lifetime.
This is a mindset shift — and the work we do together will benefit you long after our sessions end.
The frameworks you build here, the way you learn to hear yourself and trust yourself, the clarity you find — those stay with you. That is what makes this different.

I did not come to coaching from a textbook. I came to it from more than 25 years of navigating real transitions of my own — moments of doubt, seasons of change, and the slow work of learning to trust myself and lead my own life from the inside out.
This life coaching work is personal to me. I have seen, again and again — in my own life and in the people I work with — that the most important growth is rarely about doing more. It is about becoming more honest with yourself.
Whether you come to me for one focused session or a deeper engagement, you are working with someone who has done this work themselves — and who believes deeply in what becomes possible when you finally give yourself the space to grow.
